Game Title: Beat Brush: Draw music
Genre: Cozy / Experimental / Musical
Developer: Kesha Games
Release Date: 2026

Beat Brush is a cozy game with a unique twist: you draw music.

Every brushstroke creates sound. It’s not a rhythm game. It’s musical improvisation. Artistic expression. It’s like playing an instrument — no musical skills required. Like art therapy — no drawing skills required.

It’s the story of a girl who had it all… and burned out. On the edge of death, she revisits her life as a gallery of living paintings.

Key Features:
  • Draw the music! Guide your brush and bring melodies to life.
  • 40 musical worlds. From pixel landscapes to Ghibli-style dreamscapes, from piano to theremin. Each level offers a new art style and musical genre.
  • Simple gameplay. Centered on brush movement and creativity.

Behind the Scenes

Left a Leadership Role to Make a Game
I burned out while working in corporate management and wanted to return to something creative. Beat Brush is a reflection of my own story — a personal project sharing the experiences I’ve lived through.

Background in Motion Design
Previously, I ran a motion design studio, where I learned to appreciate the beauty of abstract animation. In Beat Brush, drawing feels magical: you can paint grass on the ground, airplanes in the sky, people in the city, or streams of energy through space.

A Unique Music Engine
The game features a custom music engine that lets you control music through the direction, speed, and position of your brush. In collaboration with composers, we’ve created 40 original tracks. Each track is broken down into “sound atoms” that the player can shape in real time.

Developed in Construct 3
Beat Brush is built with Construct 3 — a visual programming engine that lets me focus on creativity. Its simplicity gives me the freedom to experiment, and I hope more developers will discover what Construct 3 can do.

A Meditative Game
I’ve always tried to create games that are genuinely helpful: two of my previous projects were featured in Apple’s “Best Games of the Year.” For Beat Brush, I’ve consulted with a psychotherapist to help make the game a restorative space for anyone experiencing burnout.

Scientific Study
Together with researchers, we’re conducting a scientific study to see if the game truly helps reduce stress. We’ll publish the results in an academic paper and use what we learn to improve the game.
